Job summary

fäm Properties is seeking a Real Estate Agent specializing in Off-Plan in Dubai. You will guide clients through buying, selling, or investing in Dubai’s vibrant property market and work from an office near you.

You’ll stay up to date with market trends, match clients to suitable properties, and negotiate terms while building long-term relationships. Comprehensive training, full marketing support, and a clear career path are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
