Job summary

fäm Properties is seeking a Property Consultant in Dubai to guide clients through buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties. You will meet clients, analyze market trends, match properties, and coordinate viewings and negotiations to close deals.

The role includes full marketing support, ongoing training, and opportunities to build a scalable income with up to 70% commission. You’ll work from the office closest to your location within Dubai’s largest real estate team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required).
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice.
• Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings.
• Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation.
• Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Requirements
