Job summary

Sora Property is seeking a Real Estate Sales Agent in Abu Dhabi to manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and close sales across residential and commercial listings.

You will generate leads, advise clients on market conditions and financing, coordinate property viewings, and negotiate offers through to signing, while maintaining listings on major portals and CRM for ongoing relationships.

Qualifications

• 2 years UAE real estate market experience
• Proactive, customer-focused and target-driven
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi market regulations and processes

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and the buying/selling/leasing process
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers and guide transactions through to signing
• Maintain accurate listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and internal CRM
• Build and maintain a client pipeline and long-term relationships for repeat/referral business
• Stay current on market trends, new developments, and regulatory requirements
