Job summary

Power Scale Talent & Media in Dubai is recruiting 11 Real Estate Agents for off-plan and secondary market property sales. This commission-only role offers a 50/50 split, with potential to earn up to 75%.

Fresh leads from the UK, UAE and international markets, plus access to an existing 5,000-lead database, support your growth. We provide a company laptop and SIM, RERA certification support, professional photography and marketing, and weekly training sessions to help you succeed in a competitive

Qualifications

• 3+ months real estate experience required.
• Experience in off-plan and/or secondary market sales.
• English proficiency required; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sell off-plan and secondary market properties.
• Convert fresh leads into clients and manage relationships.
• Leverage company leads and marketing support to close deals.
• Attend weekly training and developer briefings.

About the Opportunity

Power Scale Talent & Media is recruiting 11 Real Estate Agents on behalf of a growing boutique real estate agency in Dubai.

We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals with experience in off-plan and/or secondary market property sales.

• Commission-only position - no fixed basic salary
• Competitive 50/50 commission split, with potential to earn up to 75%
• Fresh leads from the UK, UAE and international markets
• Access to an existing database of 5,000 leads
• Company-provided laptop and SIM card
• RERA certification support
• Professional property photography and marketing support

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of real estate experience
• Experience in off-plan and/or secondary market property sales
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage leads and build client relationships
• Self-motivated, professional and target-driven
• English proficiency; additional languages and experience with international buyers are advantageous
• RERA certification is not required to apply

Working Conditions

• Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)
• Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• WorkSchedule:MondaytoFriday,withalternateSaturdays(everyotherSaturday).
