Enclave Real Estate is seeking a results-driven Property Advisor specializing in the Dubai secondary market. You will use your UAE real estate sales experience to convert leads into clients and close transactions across ready and resale properties.

Applicants should have strong knowledge of Dubai's current market, excellent negotiation and relationship skills, and a valid UAE driving licence. Fresh leads and comprehensive marketing support are provided.

Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, strong developer relationships and market intelligence, we provide agents with practical sales and marketing support to help them build their business.

We are looking for a results-driven Property Advisor specialising in the secondary market, with UAE real estate sales experience, strong knowledge of Dubai's ready and resale property market and a proven ability to convert leads into clients and transactions.

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary market, including residential and commercial properties, communities and current market prices.
• Experience handling ready properties, resale transactions and property listings.
• Understanding of property valuations, market trends and comparable property prices.
• Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients and completed transactions.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
