Job summary

SEHA is looking for an Assistant Manager - RCM in Abu Dhabi to oversee the revenue cycle processes, manage departmental staff, and improve operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role, and be knowledgeable in revenue cycle management. Experience in a Fertility Center or IVF clinic is preferred. This position involves ensuring compliance with regulations and providing support for efficient data handling and claims processing.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant progressive experience in a similar role with 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a Fertility Center / IVF clinic within Abu Dhabi Region is desired.

Responsibilities

• Directing the overall operations of the revenue department including managing staff.
• Educating and training professional staff on revenue cycle policies.
• Monitoring Accounts Receivable and Billing department processes.
• Maintaining compliance standards for providing accurate claims information.
• Participating in revenue cycle and denial management work teams.
