NMC Group Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced RCM professional to lead HIS master data management and optimize revenue cycle processes. You will ensure accurate master data, pricing, plan mappings and regulatory alignments across the HIS ecosystem.

Responsibilities include driving system and process improvements, implementing automation for repetitive tasks, and delivering RCM analytics to support financial targets.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management in healthcare.
• Strong data accuracy and quality-control skills.
• Experience with HIS/master data and RCM systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• HIS master-data management including pricing, plan mappings and data validation.
• Identify data quality issues and coordinate root-cause analyses.
• Lead process improvements across RCM lifecycle and automation opportunities.
• Develop and monitor RCM analytics, dashboards and operational insights.
• Collaborate with IT and HIM teams to implement system enhancements.
