Qualifications

• 4–5 years of UAE outpatient healthcare experience in RCM
• Hands-on experience with insurance claims, billing, resubmissions, and denial management
• Strong understanding of UAE insurance processes and payer requirements
• Excellent follow-up, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, UAE medical insurance claims, billing, payer guidelines, claims reconciliation, resubmissions, and denial management

Responsibilities

• Manage RCM activities for outpatient healthcare services
• Process and follow up on insurance claims to support timely reimbursements
• Handle medical billing, claim resubmissions, and denial management
• Reconcile claim payments and resolve outstanding issues with insurance providers
• Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and payer requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain accurate billing records
