• Strong follow-up, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of UAE RCM processes, UAE medical insurance claims, billing, and payer guidelines.
