Job summary

Skills Hub is seeking an Insurance/RCM Supervisor to oversee medical insurance and revenue cycle processes, ensuring compliant claims submission, timely reimbursements, and accurate patient billing.

The role bridges clinical, billing, and finance teams to optimize revenue flow, minimize denials, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in healthcare billing/RCM, with UAE experience in JAWDA and TASNEEF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related).
• 2–3 years of healthcare experience in billing, insurance coordination, or RCM.
• Hands-on UAE-specific experience with JAWDA and TASNEEF; knowledge of CPT/ICD-10, HCPCS, payer rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-authorization, eligibility verification, and claims submission.
• Ensure accurate documentation, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and payer compliance.
• Monitor claims status and follow up on denials to maximize reimbursements.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs to resolve queries or disputes.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and clinical teams to streamline processes.
