Job summary

Etihad Rail Operating Companies in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Infrastructure Inspection Manager to lead the Infrastructure Inspection team, planning, executing, recording and reporting inspections of railway assets in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, railway engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of railway infrastructure inspection standards and asset management principles.
• Advanced English communication and technical reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Infrastructure Inspection personnel and activities across the railway network.
• Develop and improve inspection work instructions for all asset classes.
• Ensure inspections conform to procedures, asset management requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Monitor infrastructure condition, identify safety risks and escalating defects.
• Analyse findings and maintain accurate records in approved systems.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and condition assessments for management review.
• Support investigations arising from failures or abnormal asset conditions and provide recommendations.
