Job summary

Thales in Abu Dhabi seeks an Engineering Work Package Manager for the Radio communication system to lead an engineering team across architecture, system engineering, software and IVVQ.

You will structure delivery, manage technical debt, coordinate co-contracting, and ensure customer-focused engineering solutions while contributing to future Thales products in a multi-disciplinary, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Master-level engineer with strong project leadership experience.
• Experience delivering complex systems across multiple disciplines and countries.
• Proficiency in English and French languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team to deliver radio communication system solutions.
• Structure and manage delivery processes and planning.
• Manage technical debt and its impact on schedule and delivery.
• Oversee co-contracting and subcontracting activities.
• Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders to ensure high quality engineering outcomes.
