Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz is seeking a Project Manager – Technology Systems in Dubai to coordinate delivery of complex technology projects across the MEA region. You will support planning, budgeting and reporting, working under senior PM guidance and gradually taking on larger workstreams.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in project coordination or related roles, a technical background, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/Network/IT).
• 2–5 years of relevant project coordination, project engineering, systems engineering or project management experience.
• Fluency in English is essential; German/Arabic are advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and control of project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones and quality objectives.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, follow up on actions and manage dependencies and deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, schedules, risk registers and status reports.
• Monitor progress and elevate risks, delays, or cost deviations promptly.
• Support project closure, including final documentation and lessons learned.
• Contribute to efficiency improvements and cross‑functional collaboration across MEA.
