Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz is seeking a Project Manager – Technology Systems to plan, coordinate and deliver technology projects across the MEA region. The role is open to early‑career candidates with a strong technical foundation and ambition to grow into broader project leadership.

You will manage defined workstreams or smaller projects under guidance, progressing toward independent ownership while ensuring quality, schedule and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Information Technology or a comparable technical discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project engineering, systems engineering, technical operations or project management is encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in English is essential; German or Arabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of technology projects to agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Prepare project updates, analyses and reports for management.
• Monitor project performance and impact on revenue, costs and profitability.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, risk registers and status reports.
• Coordinate technical inputs with Engineering and other functions.
• Assist sales with demonstrations, trials and technical inputs across MEA region.
