Job summary

TALENTMATE is seeking a Hardware Engineer in Abu Dhabi to support radar subsystem development. The role focuses on analog/digital hardware design, schematic capture, PCB layout, and rigorous testing in high‑reliability environments.

You will collaborate with RF, FPGA, embedded software, mechanical and systems teams to ensure robust integration, verification, and production readiness across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or related discipline.
• 5+ years in hardware design for high‑reliability environments such as industrial, aerospace or defense.
• Strong analog and digital hardware design and debugging skills.
• Hands‑on with lab instrumentation including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers and logic analyzers.
• Familiarity with PCB development, high‑speed design constraints, EMC/EMI and DFT principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic hardware for radar subsystems.
• Translate requirements into hardware architectures, schematics, and definitions.
• Support PCB layout with emphasis on signal/power integrity and EMI/thermal performance.
• Perform hardware bring‑up, verification, debugging and root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with RF, FPGA, embedded software, mechanical and systems teams.
• Define and execute verification, validation, qualification and environmental tests.
• Support design reviews, configuration control and corrective actions.
• Contribute to industrialization and production support, reliability improvements.
