Job summary

Tektora Limited is recruiting a senior hardware quality engineer in Abu Dhabi to verify quality and system readiness for handover to operations. You will oversee multi-discipline RF, power, electronics and software validation and work closely with hardware, RF, firmware, FPGA and software teams to drive corrective actions.

The role focuses on bench testing, first article inspection, BOM generation, and standby support for manufacturing issues, within an on-site development and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering is required.
• 10+ years in a hardware or RF test, validation or product quality role.
• Prior experience in military equipment development is a firm requirement.
• Experience with lab equipment: spectrum analyser, network analyser, signal generator, thermal camera, multimeters, data capture.

Responsibilities

• Verify quality and system readiness for handover to operations.
• Characterise and validate multi-discipline systems spanning RF, power, electronics and software.
• Identify weaknesses and plan mitigations rather than logging defects.
• Collaborate with hardware, RF, firmware, FPGA and software teams to drive corrective actions.
• Generate bills of materials and support first article inspection.
