Job summary

Aroma International Building Contracting LLC is seeking a full-time Quantity Surveyor in Abu Dhabi to manage cost control, BOQ development, and cost reporting for diverse projects in the UAE. The role requires evaluating subcontractor claims, preparing cost estimates, and supporting tender documentation on site.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to maintain budget integrity and adherence to project requirements in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in building construction projects (residential, commercial, and industrial) in the UAE or GCC region.
• Familiarity with standard forms of contracts and construction industry practices.
• Strong cost control and cost management skills, with ability to monitor budgets and identify variances.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, measure quantities from drawings and site, and support tender documents and cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs, prepare interim payment applications, evaluate subcontractor claims, and assist with contract administration.
• Track variations, update cost plans, and provide regular cost reports to project management.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate cost control and compliance with company standards and project requirements.
