Job summary
AECOM in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a detail-oriented Project Surveyor to join our team. You will perform precise measurement, cost planning, and Bills of Quantities support across diverse projects and stages, collaborating with senior team members to deliver accurate estimates.
Working on-site, you will help ensure quality control, liaise with the project team, and contribute to benchmarking and data collection for commercial deliverables, with relocation opportunities for qualified
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or other Construction related field.
- 1-2 years post graduate experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the project team with measurement tasks using CostX and other tools.
- Participate in preparation of bills of quantities and value progress of work on site.
- Support change management reports and variations administration.
- Liaise with project team lead to align commercial deliverables.
- Adhere to quality control requirements and project procedures.
