NAMA FOR BUILDING CONTRACTING CO. L.L.C in Dubai is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of construction projects. The role involves preparing BOQs, cost estimates and Bar Bending Schedules, while monitoring costs and variations.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years in QS within the construction industry, with proficiency in Excel and experience in interim payments and final accounts. Dubai-based opportunity with onsite work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare BOQs quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules BBS.
• Monitor project costs and identify cost variations.
• Prepare interim payment applications and subcontractor payment certificates.
• Evaluate variations claims and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project teams consultants and subcontractors on commercial matters.
