Job summary

The Code for Decoration Design & Fit Out LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, prepare BOQs, and monitor budgets on active projects. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of UAE experience, a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, and strong knowledge of AutoCAD.

You will work closely with project teams across Dubai, focusing on cost analysis, variations, and final accounts, with site visits to verify progress and quantities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in UAE.
• Proven experience working mainly in fit-out or construction in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong knowledge and understanding in AutoCAD drawings.
