Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Analyze project costs and monitor budgets throughout project execution
• Prepare tender documentation and assist in the procurement process
• Measure completed work and prepare interim valuations and final accounts
• Assess and manage project variations, change orders, and claims
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective cost control
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and local regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and project budgeting
• Experience preparing BOQs, tender documentation, and cost reports
• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English is required
