Job summary

St. Regis is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to implement QA processes across hotel operations, link training to brand standards, and drive continuous improvement. You will champion the quality function, present defect trends, and coordinate with executives to ensure service excellence for guests.

The role requires strong data collection, budget awareness, and effective presentation skills, with experience in hotel operations and Six Sigma or TQM advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or 4-year degree with related hospitality experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance initiatives and align with brand standards and guest needs.
• Disseminate weekly defect trends and guest feedback; drive corrective actions.
• Run monthly audits to verify compliance with quality standards and brand requirements.
• Facilitate process improvement teams and use quality tools to achieve measurable results.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to train leaders on problem solving and improvement techniques.
