Job summary

Thomsun InfoCare is seeking a senior-quality professional to lead QC in seafood processing. You will oversee microbiology testing and lab procedures, ensure TPC and water/ice swab testing accuracy, and uphold HACCP and global food-safety standards. Experience with audits, CAPA, and supplier quality is essential.

The role focuses on raw materials through finished products, with emphasis on traceability and customer complaint resolution to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Control in seafood/fish processing.
• Strong hands-on experience in food microbiology and laboratory testing.
• Experience with TPC, water/ice testing and swab testing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Experience with ISO/FSSC/BRC or other food safety systems.
• Experience handling raw material, process and finished-product quality.
• Exposure to audits, traceability, RCA & CAPA, and supplier audits.
• Experience addressing customer complaints and driving quality improvements.

• Exposure to internal/external audits, supplier audits, traceability, RCA & CAPA
• Experience handling customer complaints and quality improvement initiatives
• Qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Food Engineering, Coastal Aquaculture or a related field
