Job summary

Thomsun Infocare in Dubai seeks a Senior Quality Control professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the seafood processing industry. You will lead microbiology testing, ensure HACCP compliance, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement of raw material, process, and finished product quality.

The ideal candidate has hands-on lab skills in TPC, water/ice swab testing, strong knowledge of ISO/FSSC/BRC standards, and experience with CAPA and traceability to uphold food safety across

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Control in seafood processing
• Hands-on food microbiology and laboratory testing expertise
• Experience with Total Plate Count (TPC), water & ice testing and swab testing
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards

• Exposure to internal/external audits, supplier audits, traceability, RCA & CAPA
• Experience handling customer complaints and quality improvement initiatives
