Job summary

Kemipex is seeking a QA & Inventory Control Officer to operate on the warehouse floor in Dubai. You will act as the quality gatekeeper for inbound and outbound goods, inspecting consignments, verifying labels, and ensuring correct storage and dispatch standards.

You will collaborate with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales and Management to maintain stock integrity, reduce non-conformances, and drive process improvements. Prior experience is helpful but not mandatory; full training will be provided.

Are you detail-oriented, energetic, organized, and ready to build your career in warehouse operations and quality control?

We’re looking for a QA & Inventory Control Officer to join our team in Dubai.

This is not a desk-based QA role. You’ll be on the warehouse floor, working closely with the warehouse and logistics teams and acting as the quality gatekeeper for every product entering and leaving our facilities.

What will you be responsible for?

At Inbound – Check Before Storage

• Inspect every incoming consignment physically.
• Verify product, quantity, batch number, certificates, packing and labels against the documents.
• Identify and report any damage, shortage or discrepancy.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled before they enter storage.

At Outbound – Check Before Dispatch

• Verify labels and packing before loading.
• Ensure customer-specific labeling requirements are followed.
• Stop and elevate any dispatch that does not meet the required standards.

Inventory Control – Keep Stock Moving

• Monitor inventory aging across warehouses.
• Investigate stock that is not being picked or is aging.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Quality & Non-Conformance

• Record every discrepancy, damage or labeling issue immediately in the system.
• Maintain photographic evidence where required.
• Follow up on non-conformances until they are fully resolved and closed.
