Job summary

Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC in Dubai is seeking a warehouse operative to support our fast-growing logistics operations. You will receive, inspect, and log shipments; organize storage using FIFO/FEFO; pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for local and international dispatch; operate pallet jacks and forklifts; and perform daily counts to ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments with accuracy using barcode systems or manifests.
• Organize and store inventory using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for local and international dispatch with proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanning devices.
• Conduct daily inventory counts, report discrepancies, and assist in monthly cycle counts.

About the Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments with 100% accuracy using barcode systems or manual manifests.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations using FIFO/FEFO principles to optimize stock rotation.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for local and international dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (with valid certification), and scanning devices.
• Conduct daily inventory counts, report discrepancies, and assist in monthly cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and compliance protocols including OSHA‑aligned practices and UAE warehouse regulations.

Must‑Have Skills & Qualifications

• Barcode scanner operation

• Forklift certification (UAE valid license preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite)

• Arabic language proficiency (written/spoken)
