Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Inventory Controller, Inventory Specialist, or similar role (at least 3-4 years) with strong ERP familiarity.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and able to reconcile discrepancies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Generate inventory reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and process store receipts accurately and in a timely manner upon receipt of materials.
• Verify received goods against purchase orders and delivery notes before generating GRNs, ensuring quantity and quality accuracy.
