Job summary

ALEC Engineering and Contracting L.L.C. is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator to lead quality control activities across project phases in the UAE’s luxury fitout sector.

Reporting to the QA/QC Manager, you will coordinate inspections, support corrective actions, and liaise with subcontractors and labs to ensure adherence to specifications and drawings. Minimum 5 years in quality coordination required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality coordination within construction, with strong experience in high-end luxury fitout projects.
• QA/QC accreditation with a recognized professional body.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and construction quality requirements, particularly within high-end luxury fitout environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis and quality reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury fitout finishes, materials, workmanship, and quality standards.

About Your Team
