Job summary

ALEC Engineering and Contracting L.L.C. is seeking a Senior QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance across landmark fit-out and construction projects in the region.

You will supervise the QA/QC department, ensure adherence to specifications, and drive continuous improvement with subcontractors and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 10–12+ years in construction/fit-out, strong QA/QC leadership, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Qualifications

• QA/QC accreditation by a recognized body.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspections, testing, and quality standards.
• Experience with construction and high-end fit-out quality requirements.
• Proven leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA/QC team and manage the quality management system.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee inspections, testing, materials, and subcontractor quality.
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions, snagging, and close-out.
• Prepare QA/QC reports and monitor quality performance.
• Lead audits, QA/QC meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance and training to QA/QC and construction teams.
