Job summary

ADNOC Distribution is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee QA initiatives across all operations, terminals, depots, and production plants, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and company standards.

You design corrective actions, lead audits, train staff, and drive continuous improvement, risk management, and compliance throughout the organization.

The role requires a strong engineering degree and 8+ years in quality management within oil and gas retail.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in oil and gas retail
• Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 quality requirements
• Hands-on Continuous Improvement and Business Process Re-Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead QA audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
• Design, monitor and close corrective actions to eliminate non-conformities
• Coach and train staff on quality systems and procedures
• Improve processes and manage CAPA programs to mitigate risks
• Coordinate with external/regulatory audits and maintain certifications
