Job summary

Transguard Group in Dubai is seeking a QHSE Officer to develop and implement Health & Safety Management systems across facilities management soft services.

You will coordinate with the HSE Manager, conduct internal audits, and lead safety inspections to ensure ISO 45001 and 14001 compliance.

This role drives risk assessment, incident investigations, staff training, and the continual improvement of a strong HSE culture within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, HSE or equivalent.
• Recognized HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH IGC or NVQ).
• Lead/internal Auditor qualification in HSE management systems (ISO 45001/14001).
• Good knowledge of UAE HSE legislation and regulations.
• Basic First Aid and Fire Fighting training.

Responsibilities

• Implement HSE policy/procedures compliant with ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2015.
• Advise on health & safety matters and support implementation of HSE management system.
• Conduct periodic safety inspections and mitigate identified hazards.
• Ensure compliance with legal HSE requirements and TG policies.
• Carry out site visits and building safety assessments of TG accommodations.
• Prepare HSE documents for new sites and mobilization.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors and clients.
• Investigate HSE incidents and determine root causes.
