Job summary

Transguard Group in Dubai is seeking a QHSE Officer-Facilities Management to lead Health, Safety and Environment across TG sites and accommodations.

Role includes developing and implementing the HSE management system aligned with ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2015, and promoting a strong HSE culture within operations.

Requirements: 4–5 years’ experience, Bachelor’s in Science/HSE, NEBOSH IGC, Lead Internal Auditor in HSE (ISO 45001/14001); UAE driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, HSE or equivalent from a recognized university.
• NEBOSH IGC or NVQ in HSE.
• Lead internal Auditor qualification in HSE management systems (ISO 45001, 14001).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures on sites and accommodations.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with clients on safety matters.
• Prepare HSE documentation for mobilization and ongoing operations.
• Provide guidance to staff to maintain regulatory compliance and drive safety culture.
