HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a QA/QC / Technical Coordinator to ensure construction activities meet project specs and quality standards. The role coordinates technical documentation, drawings, inspections, material approvals, and communications between project teams, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
The candidate will implement the Project Quality Plan, conduct inspections, manage NCRs, and support close-out activities including as-built documentation and handover
The QA/QC / Technical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations. The role also coordinates technical documentation, drawings, inspections, material approvals, and communication between the project team, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Implement the Project Quality Plan and ensure compliance with company QA/QC procedures. Conduct inspections of ongoing works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and related quality documentation. Monitor workmanship and identify quality issues or non-conformities. Issue, track, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions. Maintain QA/QC records, checklists, inspection reports, and test reports. Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and approvals.
Coordinate the review and distribution of approved shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents. Ensure all project documentation is current and properly controlled. Liaise with project engineers, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding technical matters. Monitor drawing revisions and ensure only the latest approved documents are used on site. Assist in resolving technical issues and coordinate design clarifications. Support project close‑out activities, including preparation of as‑built documentation and handover packages.
Maintain document control for technical and QA/QC records. Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports. Track outstanding inspections, approvals, and document submissions. Maintain project logs for RFIs, submittals, inspections, and NCRs.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure approved materials are delivered to site. Support project planning by monitoring inspection schedules and documentation timelines. Attend coordination meetings and provide updates on quality and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with client requirements, contract specifications, and company procedures.
