Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC in Dubai is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to ensure landscape, irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature works meet project specs and client requirements.

You will implement QA/QC procedures, review drawings, prepare IRs/MIRs/ITPs, and manage NCRs while coordinating with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to achieve quality handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a landscape construction company.
• Hands-on experience in landscape, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature projects.
• Proficient in QA/QC documentation and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures throughout project execution.
• Conduct inspections for landscape, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature works.
• Prepare and submit IRs, MIRs, Method Statements, and ITPs.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients for timely approvals.

• Identify non-conformities (NCRs), recommend corrective actions, and monitor close-out.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, quality records, and inspection reports.
• Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and project standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in internal quality audits and support project handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, project quality plans, and HSE requirements.

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in a landscape construction company to ensure all landscape, irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and QA/QC documentation.

• Excellent knowledge of construction materials, quality inspection procedures, and testing requirements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, consultants, and clients.

• UAE Driving License is preferred.

• Immediate joiners or candidates currently available in the UAE will be an advantage.
