Job summary

Salt is seeking an experienced Functional Tester to validate HR SaaS applications, including SAP SuccessFactors, across end-to-end business processes. You will create and execute detailed test cases, perform SIT and UAT, and track defects while collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure high-quality software.

Experience with JIRA and Confluence is preferred. Strong HR domain knowledge and excellent communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience testing SAP SuccessFactors or similar SaaS HR applications.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and domain.
• Experience with test case creation, SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Good communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test HR applications across end-to-end business processes.
• Create and execute detailed test cases.
• Perform SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Conduct end-to-end functional testing and identify/track defects.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure application quality.
