Job summary

TAT IT Technolgies is seeking a detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Testing Specialist to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of HR tech solutions in Abu Dhabi. You will plan, design, and execute test cases across modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Compensation.

Responsibilities include functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing, defect management, and implementing automation where applicable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
3-6 years of SAP testing or HR systems testing.
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Responsibilities

Test planning: develop test strategies, plans, and schedules.
Test case design for modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning.
Execution and validation: functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Defect management: identify, log, and track defects; collaborate with developers and consultants to resolve issues.
Automation: implement automated testing frameworks where applicable to improve efficiency.
Documentation: maintain accurate records of test results, defect logs, and testing progress reports.
Collaboration: work closely with HR stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure requirements are met.
