Job summary

Guildhall is leading QA/QC for the substructure and foundation phases of a major government-backed infrastructure programme in the UAE. The role covers review of drawings, method statements and specifications, with on-site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with ISO/ASTM/BS standards.

You will manage non-conformances, document control, and subcontractor compliance, while leading a dedicated QA/QC team on a live project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of QA/QC experience on infrastructure or building projects.
• Working knowledge of ISO, ASTM, BS and other international standards.
• Experience in civil works and building structures, especially foundation phases.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Strong report writing, documentation and team leadership skills.

Guildhall is running the search for a large construction contractor delivering major infrastructure projects for government clients in the region. You will own quality assurance and control for the substructure and foundation phase across key structures on the programme. The project is entering its foundation stage now, a 2–5 year programme with a strong chance of moving onto further large-scale UAE developments afterwards. It is a rare seat to set the quality standard on a major infrastructure build from day one.
