Job summary

Guildhall is conducting a search for a senior QA/QC lead to oversee substructure and foundation works on major UAE infrastructure projects. You will own quality assurance across key structures, reviewing drawings, specs and method statements to ensure standards compliance from day one.

The role requires 10+ years in QA/QC on infrastructure or building projects, with ISO/ASTM/BS knowledge and fluent Arabic. You will lead site inspections, audits and documentation, driving non-conformance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA QC for substructure and foundation works on key structures within the programme.
• Review drawings, specifications and method statements for standards compliance.
• Run site inspections and audits to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Manage non-conformance tracking, reporting and site documentation.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop a QA QC team on a live infrastructure programme.

About the Role

Guildhall is running the search for a large construction contractor delivering major infrastructure projects for government clients in the region You will own quality assurance and control for the substructure and foundation phase across key structures on the programme The project is entering its foundation stage now a 2 5 year programme with a strong chance of moving onto further large-scale UAE developments afterwards It is a rare seat to set the quality standard on a major infrastructure build from day one The role Lead QA QC for substructure and foundation works on key structures within the programme Review drawings specifications and method statements for standards compliance Run site inspections and audits to uphold quality and safety standards Manage non-conformance tracking reporting and site documentation Monitor subcontractor compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements Lead and develop a QA QC team on a live infrastructure programme Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field. 10+ years of QA/QC experience on infrastructure or building projects. Working knowledge of ISO, ASTM, BS and other international standards. Experience in civil works and building structures, especially foundation phases. Fluent Arabic speaker. Strong report writing, documentation and team leadership skills.
