Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the construction (Buildings / Infrastructure / Civil Works) industry, UAE or GCC preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of construction codes, standards, and quality control processes.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Proactive and able to work independently under pressure to meet project deadlines.
