Job summary

Guildhall is leading QA/QC for the substructure and foundation phases of a major government-backed infrastructure programme in the UAE. The role covers review of drawings, method statements and specifications, with on-site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with ISO/ASTM/BS standards.

You will manage non-conformances, document control, and subcontractor compliance, while leading a dedicated QA/QC team on a live project.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
10+ years of QA/QC experience on infrastructure or building projects.
Working knowledge of ISO, ASTM, BS and other international standards.
Experience in civil works and building structures, especially foundation phases.
Fluent Arabic speaker.
Strong report writing, documentation and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead QA/QC for substructure and foundation works on key structures within the programme.
Review drawings, specifications and method statements for standards compliance.
Run site inspections and audits to uphold quality and safety standards.
Manage non-conformance tracking, reporting and site documentation.
Monitor subcontractor compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Lead and develop a QA/QC team on a live infrastructure programme.
