Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking an on-site QC Inspector to perform daily site inspections across civil, structural and finishing works in the UAE.

You will ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and approved ITPs, and you will raise and close NCRs while maintaining thorough QA/QC records. The role requires 3+ years of construction inspection experience in the UAE/GCC and knowledge of ISO 9001 and ITPs. Diplomas or degrees in civil engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction inspection experience within the UAE/GCC.
• Sound working knowledge of civil, MEP or finishing works, as applicable to the role.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Practical experience raising and closing NCRs and site observations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections in line with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Verify work quality against approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Raise, track and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and site observations until closure.
• Coordinate inspection requests and witness points with consultants and third-party inspectors.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, checklists and quality documentation.
• Support pre-handover and snagging inspections to ensure readiness for client handover.
• Escalate recurring quality issues to the QA/QC Engineer for corrective action.
