Job summary

Nooralsahara in Dubai seeks an experienced QA/QC Engineer to supervise quality across civil, architectural, and structural interfaces. You will manage QA/QC documents, test results, inspection requests, non-conformance reports, and materials quality on site.

Job description

• Accountable for thequality and quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects ofengineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structuraldiscipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
• Responsible forQA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates,calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports andsite instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and otherimportant QA/QC documents.
• Develop anddetermine all standards to perform inspections and tests on allprocedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-qualitystandards for all processes.
• Review the qualityof all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all projectspecifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for allmaterial procurement and quality materials.
• Supervise theeffective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensureadherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to performquality audits on processes.
• Assist employees inensuring knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance with allquality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors andsuppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
• Manage to lift allequipment, handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials, andperform quality audits per the required schedule.
• Monitor an efficientsystem, record all project activities, and analyse all processes to ensureall work meets quality requirements.
• Manage all workmethods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitorcontinuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommendcorrective actions for all operations.
• Develop a methodstatement for the activity, including risk assessment, job safetyenvironmental analysis, and Inspection.
• Test Plan andChecklist based on project specifications.
• Liaise with theTechnical Engineer for submission of material submittals to theConsultant.
• Coordinate with theConsultant’s representative and Site In-charge for Inspection.
