Job summary

Penspen is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator to lead quality assurance and control across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures compliance with client specifications and international standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong PMC background, 10+ years in engineering, and 4+ years supervising O&G QA/QC. A relevant degree and QA/QC certification are required for the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HND with QA/QC certificate.
• 10+ years in engineering activities, ideally within oil & gas.
• 4+ years supervising O&G project quality control activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001 and client specs.
• Review EPC contractor Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements and QA/QC procedures.
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ASTM, AWS, ISO, IEC, and client requirements.
