The role demands hands-on mastery of Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, API testing, and CI/CD integration, plus strong collaboration with product, analytics, and operations teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation, with proven experience leading automation initiatives or teams.
• Strong hands‑on experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks, including Page Object Model and data‑driven or keyword‑driven approaches.
• Strong experience in API testing, REST services, and microservices‑based architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of SQL, database validation, and backend testing.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, test management tools, and defect tracking systems such as Jira.

• Review test scripts, provide technical guidance, and mentor QA engineers.
• Ensure effective defect management, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of quality issues.
• Work within Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments to support continuous delivery.

• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with containerized environments, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
