Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned QA Automation Lead to steer the automation program across web, mobile, API, and backend apps. You will define standards, design scalable frameworks, and mentor the QA team to deliver high-quality software in Agile and DevOps contexts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation, with proven experience leading automation initiatives or teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks, including Page Object Model and data-driven or keyword-driven approaches.
• Strong experience in API testing, REST services, and microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of SQL, database validation, and backend testing.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, test management tools, and defect tracking systems such as Jira.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage priorities, and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.

• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with containerized environments, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

Education
