Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Automation Tester with 4–8 years' hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

You will build and execute test plans, implement robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, and Playwright, and perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing within an Agile team, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright.
• Experience in API testing with Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI.
• Programming knowledge: Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• CI/CD experience: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps.
• SQL and database testing.
• Experience with Jira.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum.
• Banking/FinTech domain knowledge preferred.

Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps Knowledge of SQL and database testing.

Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Domain Preference: Banking, Digital Banking, Cards, Payments, Core Banking, FinTech (preferred)
