Job summary

BD is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of the PureWick portfolio across UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait. You will engage distributors, healthcare professionals, and institutions to accelerate adoption and market access within the GCC region.

The role emphasizes market development, customer engagement, and strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to expand presence in government, private, and homecare segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals.
• Experience in business development, sales, or market development roles.
• Experience working with distributors and healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of GCC healthcare markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer adoption.
• Drive category creation and increase awareness of PureWick within target accounts.
• Support achievement of sales and market development objectives.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, clinicians, nursing leadership, and procurement stakeholders.
• Support clinical evaluations, product adoption, and customer education activities.
• Partner with KOLs and healthcare institutions to increase awareness and utilization.
• Identify opportunities within government, private, and homecare segments.
• Expand PureWick presence across existing and new accounts.
• Support launch initiatives and market access activities where applicable.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, Market Access, and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business decisions.
• Support regional growth initiatives and best practice sharing.
• Ensure all activities comply with BD policies, quality standards, and Code of Conduct.
• Maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
