Job summary

BD in Dubai seeks a Business Development Manager to drive PureWick growth across UAE, Qatar and Kuwait, focusing on market development and distributor engagement.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, marketing, and supply chain to expand adoption, build relationships with healthcare providers, and identify opportunities in government, private, and homecare segments.

The role requires 3–5 years in medical devices or healthcare sales, a relevant degree, and strong GCC market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals.
• Experience in business development, sales, or market development roles.
• Experience working with distributors and healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of GCC healthcare markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer adoption.
• Drive category creation and increase awareness of PureWick within target accounts.
• Support achievement of sales and market development objectives.
• Build relationships with clinicians, nursing leadership, and procurement stakeholders.
• Support clinical evaluations, product adoption, and customer education activities.
• Partner with KOLs and healthcare institutions to increase awareness and utilization.
• Identify opportunities within government, private, and homecare segments.
• Expand PureWick presence across existing and new accounts.
• Support launch initiatives and market access activities where applicable.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, Market Access, and Supply Chain teams.
