Job summary

Confidential Company in the UAE seeks a Purchaser cum storekeeper with 5–7 years of experience in a high-end auto garage. You will source multi-brand parts, negotiate prices and lead times, and maintain stock records using ERP systems and Microsoft 365. A UAE driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities include stock counts, reconciliations, safe storage, and accurate documentation for PO and GRN processes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as Purchaser cum storekeeper in a reputed UAE auto garage.
• Diploma or Degree in Automobile is required.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of multi-brand vehicle auto parts is essential.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft 365 is required.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate to procure multi-brand auto parts at competitive price and lead time.
• Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and ensure proper store organization and safe storage of parts.
• Prepare purchase orders and GRNs; maintain documentation.
