Job summary

AW Rostamani Holdings LLC in Dubai seeks a procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing for multiple departments and entities. You will float enquiries, evaluate quotes, and negotiate terms that align with budget and policies.

The role requires 3-4 years of experience, strong visibility into tendering and contracts, and proficiency with Oracle ERP alongside MS Office. A UAE driving license is preferred for on-site coordination.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Commerce, with CIPS or engineering background.
• 3-4 years of procurement experience.
• Knowledge of tendering processes and contractual terms.
• Strong negotiating skills and UAE market knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle ERP; proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Receive PRs from various departments and business entities.
• Float enquiries and invite quotes.
• Source categories; negotiate prices and payment terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and contracts per procurement policy with complete docs.
• Review and evaluate quotes; ensure traceability.
• Capture and report savings on POs.
• Assist in resolving invoice disputes and hitches; use P2P systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about procurement role and responsibilities.

Demonstrate knowledge of procurement processes and proceduresReceive PRs from various departments and business entitiesFloat enquiries and invite quotesGood sourcing knowledge of specific categoriesFacilitate in negotiating good price appropriate payment terms delivery time as per the set budget and other terms and conditionsPrepare purchase orders and contracts as per procurement policy procedures with complete documents such as quotes scope of work technical and commercial comparisons evaluation s for clear traceability review approval Ensure to capture savings and negotiated savings for the purchase order issued BU-wiseThe use of Purchase to Pay P2P systems in procurement and supplyEffective communication and teamwork with relevant stakeholders to advise them of the role and responsibilities of the procurement function Effective use of technology data bases that contributes to the procurement functionAssist in resolving invoice disputes and other hitches for smooth operations

Educational Qualification

University Graduate (Commerce, CIPS / Engineering Background)

Work Experience

3-4 years of experience in procurement functions.

Candidate is responsible for understanding of commercial aspects of material specifications, (having exposure to general administrative / building materials / automotive and marketing requirements)Knowledge of Engineering background is a plusWell-versed with tendering process and contractual terms and conditionsHe / She should have excellent negotiating skills, knowledge of UAE market, and exposure to techno commercial aspects of local and international purchasing and to be able to work under pressure.Well-versed with ORACLE ERP besides word, excel and outlookGood communication skills to be able to interact effective ly with various senior level stakeholdersHaving valid UAE driving license.
